This module contains 11 videos, each one containing 2 or more individuals with similar or different constitutional types. For example, there is a video where a Pulsatilla patient is talking to a Silica patient, discussing how they are similar to and yet different from each other. There is another one where two Phosphorus patients are talking about themselves, and you will see how you can have a variety of Phosphorus individuals, all similar enough to be Phosphorus but yet different enough to be confusing to many beginning practitioners. There is a video of a family, each member with a different common constitution. It’s wonderful to see how they all interact, look and act differently from one another. The other group videos in this module all follow a similar kind of theme as the ones mentioned above.
There is a section in Dr. Sharif’s book on comparison and contrast among the most common constitutional types. You will find the information in this section of his book very relevant and useful while watching/studying the videos in this module.

Here is a detailed list of which constitutions are contained in this module:
Video #1) Title: “One video from each of Dr. Sharif’s three categories”
Three different constitutions are shown in this video, one person representing each of the three groups in Dr. Sharif’s categorization of the most common constitutions: First, soft/sweet category (which contains Phosphorus, Pulsatilla and Carcinosin). Second, angry/irritable category which contains Nux vomica, Lachesis, Ignatia, Causticum, and Kali carb. Third, “the other” category which contains many common constitutions which don’t nicely fit into the other above two categories.
In this 35-minute long video, you will see a Nux vomica person (representing the angry/irritable category), a Phosphorus person (representing the “soft/sweet” category), and a Calc carb person (representing “the other” category) discussing how they are all similar to and different from one another. This is indeed a very educational and fascinating video on the subject of Visual Homeopathy which is the covered extensively in Dr. Sharif’s Visual Homeopathy book. Video #2) Title: Pulsatilla and Silica
Pulsatilla is from the soft/sweet category, whereas Silica is from “the other” category. Try to figure out which one is which.

You will see at least one person from each of the three main categories in the Visual Homeopathy categorization. Ignatia is a constitutional type from the irritable/angry category, Pulsatilla from the soft/sweet category, and Sulphur and Nat mur from “the other” category. See if you can guess who belongs to what category?
Video #4) Title: Two Phosphorus individuals
Find out how sometimes there are subtypes within each constitution. Phosphorus is one of those common constitutions there are numerous subtypes for. There certainly appears to be two main subtypes: The first subtype are more overweight, very sweet, and less intellectual. The Indian dosha for this subtype is Kapha. The second subtype are thinner (thinner body and more pointy facial features), not as warm and fuzzy, and more intellectual than the first subtype. This group’s Indian dosha is not Kapha. Regardless of the subtype, they all tend to be mentally scattered with a rather poor memory which are the hallmarks of the Phosphorus constitution.

Notice how this wonderful Lycopodium woman happens to be very sweet and lovely. However, if you are paying close attention, you will see how hard she is trying to portray a certain image of herself- Pretention is very characteristic of the Lycopodium constitution.
